Production Assistant – Korean Restaurant We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation and production of ingredients. * Wash, cut, and portion food items. * Assist in preparing sauces, side dishes, and other products. * Keep the production area clean and organized. * Follow food hygiene and handling procedures. * Assist in proper inventory control and storage of ingredients. Requirements: * Prior experience in food production or cooking (preferred). * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
