Job Summary: We are seeking Production Assistants to assist in food preparation and cooking across various areas such as kitchen and pastry, while maintaining order and cleanliness. Teamwork and professional development in a collaborative environment. **We are looking for Production Assistants to work on-site at our company Delicass.** The position is located at our production plant, where products are manufactured before being distributed to our various outlets. Our production department includes several areas, such as: * Kitchen * Sweet Pastry * Savory Pastry * Bakery, etc. **Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation and cooking according to the assigned area. * Maintain an organized and clean workplace. * Coordinate with the team to ensure proper production execution. * Perform equipment maintenance and cleaning tasks. **Requirements** * Prior experience in kitchen, pastry, or gastronomy is desirable (but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of culinary techniques. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Strong communication skills. * Must reside in or be available to work in Lince. **Benefits** * Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. * Fixed working hours. * Full statutory benefits (100%), as we are not an MYPE. * Collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development.
