Job Summary: We are seeking pre-professional interns for Plant Operations to support recordkeeping, operational coordination, quality control, and inventory management at a fruit and vegetable company. A company dedicated to marketing high-quality fruits and vegetables is seeking **pre-professional interns** for the **Plant Operations** department, located in **San Luis, Lima**. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student, incomplete degree holder, or recent graduate (majors: Food Industry Engineering, Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related fields in agro-industry or food sectors). * Availability for **full-time on-site internships** * Basic Excel proficiency * Basic knowledge of BPM, FIFO, or plant processes (preferred) **Responsibilities:** * Assist in recording product in/out movements * Coordinate operations with the plant team * Support quality control and product conditioning * Record orders, stockouts, inventories, and deviations * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor **Desired Competencies:** * Responsibility * Organization and planning * Proactivity and willingness to learn **Apply now and gain practical experience in a fully operational plant.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
