Opportunity for growth Our client **La P'tite France** is seeking a **Production Assistant – Savory Products Department**, with a passion for gastronomy. ***Location:*** Jr. Gonzales Prada 599, Surquillo **What will be your mission?** Support the production team in crafting our artisanal savory products, maintaining the quality standards and production pace that define us. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation and production of savory department products. * Follow recipes, portion sizes, and production timelines. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the work area. **What are we looking for in you?** * Prior experience in bakery or kitchen production (preferred). * Responsibility, punctuality, and eagerness to learn. * Ability to work collaboratively and sustain production pace. **Benefits:** * Continuous training in gastronomic techniques and processes. * Excellent, collaborative, and professional work environment. * Opportunity for growth * Participation in events and launches of new products. **Contract:** First 3 months under **Service Invoice (Recibo por Honorarios).** Subsequently, transition to **payroll employment**.
