Production Operator – Huacho

Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators for the handling and care of pigs, including feeding, assisting with farrowing, artificial insemination, and monitoring animal health. We are looking for ***Production Operators*** to perform the following responsibilities: **Requirements:** · Availability to work on-site with rotating rest days and overtime. · Completion of primary education. · Possession of CUL (Certijoven or Certiadulto). · Willingness to perform physical labor and activities involving animals. · Availability to work on holidays, with double or triple pay as stipulated by law. **· With or without experience.** **Responsibilities:** · Feed, handle, and transport pigs. · Assist during sow farrowing, supporting newborn piglets during birth and initial care. · Support artificial insemination of sows using a catheter, following established procedures. · Monitor animal health status and report any incidents. · Clean and disinfect facilities. · Weigh pigs and update field records. · Support operational activities within the assigned area. **Work Schedule and Location:** · Fixed day shift: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · On-site work arrangement. · One rotating rest day. · Work location: Huacho (Pig Farm). · Candidates may be assigned to any farm area as required by operations: · Reproduction. · Farrowing. · Nursery. · Growing/Finishing. · Weaning/Sales. **Benefits:** · Full payroll registration from day one. · All statutory benefits. · Base salary: S/. 1,245\. · Paid overtime, averaging approximately S/. 500\. · Meals provided: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. · Accommodation: shared rooms for two people. · Round-trip transportation to Huacho. · Timely payments, including biweekly advances of 30%–40% of the salary. · Opportunities for professional growth and development. ***Interested candidates must submit their CV through this channel to be contacted.*** Salary: Starting from S/.1,245\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
