Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to support the receipt, rearing, feeding, and dispatch of poultry, managing poultry houses and continuously monitoring their welfare. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the entire process of poultry rearing and care 2. Ensure poultry welfare through continuous monitoring 3. Perform cleaning and disinfection of facilities I am looking for **Production Operators** to work at the main site located in Huacho. **Requirements:** · Completed primary education. · Possession of CUL (Certijoven or Certiadulto). · Availability to work on-site for 1 to 2 months. · Availability to work on holidays, with pay in accordance with the law. · Availability to work overtime. · Experience is not required. · Possibility to accumulate rest days and take several days off. One earned rest day is generated for each week worked; additionally, the company may opt to purchase rest days. **Responsibilities:** · Support the receipt, rearing, feeding, and dispatch of poultry. · Manage poultry houses, brooders, curtains, and drinkers to ensure poultry welfare. · Continuously monitor temperature, humidity, and ventilation inside the poultry house. · Record daily feed consumption, mortality rates, and rearing conditions. · Perform cleaning and disinfection of facilities, equipment, and work materials. · Remove dead birds and manage litter in poultry houses to maintain appropriate sanitary conditions. · During night shifts, assist with surveillance rounds, input control, and continuous monitoring of bird health status. · The operator may be assigned to any area or shift (growing or night shift), depending on operational needs. **Work Schedule and Location:** · Fixed day shift: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · On-site work modality for 1 to 2 months. · Rest days may be accumulated to allow for multiple days off. · One earned rest day is generated for each week worked. · The company may also opt to purchase rest days. · Availability to work overtime and on holidays. · Work location: Huacho (Paraíso Zone). **Benefits:** · Full payroll registration from the first day. · All statutory benefits. · Base salary: S/. 1,130 \+ overtime. · Paid overtime, averaging approximately S/. 700\. · Covered meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. · Accommodation: shared rooms during the on-site period. · Round-trip transportation upon interdaily departure and for rest days after the first month. · Timely payments with biweekly advances of 30% to 40% of the salary. · Opportunities for professional growth and development. ***Interested candidates must submit their CV through this channel to be contacted.*** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,830\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
