Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators/Raw Material Operators to perform loading, unloading, cleaning, and equipment maintenance at the plant, ensuring smooth production operations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in handling raw materials and production processes. 2. Maintenance of machinery and work areas. 3. Placement and transportation of finished products. At Resinas y Acabados, we are currently recruiting **PRODUCTION OPERATORS / RAW MATERIAL OPERATORS** to join our team at the Ventanilla Plant. **Responsibilities:** \- Inspect raw materials and the status of machines and tools before initiating the production process. \- Load raw materials into tanks and/or reactors according to the Production Order and Planning. \- Load materials into premix tanks. \- Clean tanks and/or reactors. \- Perform unloading and filtration of manufactured products in various packaging formats. \- Place finished products onto pallets, package them, and transport them to the warehouse. \- Maintain cleanliness of the work area. \- Report required information to keep performance indicators up to date. \- Notify supervisors of any stoppages, failures, or other issues affecting the production process. **Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Minimum one year of experience in related positions. \- Experience in physically demanding tasks and production work. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Residence near Ventanilla (Mi Perú, Pachacútec, Puente Piedra, Ancón). **Benefits:** \- Transportation assistance to the plant (Ventanilla). \- Full payroll registration from the first day of employment (General Regime). \- Statutory Life Insurance / SCTR. \- Ongoing training programs.
