We are a growing Peruvian brand dedicated to nutritious foods, currently present in retail and in an active expansion phase. We seek a responsible individual who wishes to develop within a young, forward-looking company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the production and preparation of oat-based products. * Weighing and portioning of ingredients. * Packaging, sealing, and labeling of products. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety protocols. * General support in operational tasks related to production. **Requirements:** * Experience in food production (desirable but not mandatory). * Responsible, punctual, organized individual with strong teamwork orientation. * Sanitary certificate (health card) valid at time of application (preferred). * Availability to relocate as required by production site. **Working Conditions:** * Work location: Barranco / Surco / Surquillo (based on production schedule) * Days: Monday to Friday * Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Includes 1-hour lunch break **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a Peruvian brand with retail presence and strong growth trajectory. * Positive work environment. * Real opportunity for growth and development within the team as the company continues to expand.
