S/ 1,700) Job Description A reputable factory is seeking **Production Assistants with or without experience** for operational tasks on the factory floor. We seek responsible individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to perform physical labor. Responsibilities * Pick products according to shipping orders. * Verify product codes, quantities, and mattress conditions. * Assist with loading and unloading of goods. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety and quality protocols. * Stand and move continuously during shifts. Requirements * Completed or incomplete secondary education. * Experience (or lack thereof) in production, warehousing, stacking, construction, merchandising, or other formal or informal operational jobs. * Availability for rotating shifts (morning and night). * Willingness to work paid overtime. * Positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
