Job Summary: We are seeking production operators for our chocolate factory, responsible for stacking, sorting, packaging, and molding, with a weekly rotating schedule across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Rotating schedule and weekly day off We are a chocolate factory and are looking for production operators for our facility located in Lima, in the district of Santiago de Surco. **Your main responsibilities would be:** \- Men: Stacking, Sorting, Packaging, Palletizing. (Urgent) \- Women: Bean Sorting, Chocolate Molding, Packaging **The schedule is rotating, with 3 shifts (rotated weekly):** Morning: 6 a.m. \- 2 p.m., Afternoon: 2 p.m. \- 10 p.m., Night: 10 p.m. \- 6 a.m. **Workweek: Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.** **We offer:** Inclusion in the General Regime payroll. Biweekly and monthly payments. Night shift bonus of 35% included in salary, SCTR insurance, Life Insurance under Law, EsSalud, and 30 days of vacation upon completing one year. Salary increase evaluation is conducted. The first two weeks are a trial period with a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including a break of 45 minutes to a maximum of 1 hour. **Thereafter, the rotating schedule begins.** We provide uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). Arrival is required 15 minutes prior to shift start time, per company policy.
