Job Objective Support recruitment, selection, and administrative management processes in the Human Resources department, contributing to the department’s operational activities and strengthening professional development. Main Responsibilities * Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. * Contact candidates to coordinate and schedule interviews. * Track candidates throughout the selection process. * Update the candidate and employee database. * Organize and archive digital personnel documentation. * Design flyers and graphic materials for recruitment processes. * Support updating departmental reports. * Request and verify required documentation from candidates. * Assist in the onboarding process for new employees. * Provide support for administrative tasks specific to the Human Resources department. Requirements * Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Availability to undertake full-time professional internships. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Basic familiarity with Canva for flyer design is desirable. * No prior experience required; attitude, responsibility, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn will be highly valued.
