Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to review and validate technical files, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in infrastructure projects. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive review of technical files for infrastructure projects. 2. Ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in design and budgeting. 3. Proactive identification of issues and proposal of solutions. **Education:** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer. * Preferably trained in preparation and review of technical files. * Knowledge of regulations applicable to public projects and construction execution. * Familiarity with Invierte.pe. **Experience:** * 3 to 5 years of experience in projects (supervision, review, or execution). * Experience in projects such as: Roads and sidewalks, Irrigation systems, Drinking water and sewerage. * Experience reviewing drawings, quantity take-offs, budgets, and technical documents. **Tools Proficiency:** * AutoCAD Civil 3D. * Quantity take-off and cost estimation software (e.g., Delphi and others). * Surveying tools. * Design and modeling software. * Excel or spreadsheet applications for technical control. * Comprehensive review of technical files. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct full review of technical files prior to approval. * Verify consistency among all documents (drawings, budgets, quantity take-offs, etc.). * Review for inter-disciplinary errors (e.g., structural vs. installation disciplines). * Verify that designs comply with applicable standards and are appropriate. * Review basic studies such as soil, topography, water, among others. * Provide observations and recommendations to improve technical files. * Validate costs, quantity take-offs, and budgets. * Identify potential issues prior to construction commencement. * Support assurance of technical file quality. * Report risks and possible solutions to management.
