We value excellence in customer service and strive to help our customers achieve their goals safely and effectively. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and cash handling. \- Technical knowledge: Proficiency in computer use / Microsoft Office tools; ability to identify counterfeit banknotes and coins. \- Residency in the district of Los Olivos or nearby areas such as SMP or Comas. \- Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Managing income and expenditure flows during cash register opening, shift handover, and closing. \- Recording customer attendance in the designated system. \- Inventory control of products. \- Providing customers with information regarding schedules, classes, etc. \- Making outbound calls to prospect new customers. \- Achieving the monthly sales target. \- Assisting customers and providing information on membership plans. \- Following up on renewals and post-sales.
