Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant for commercial profiles in the Financial sector, with experience in candidate sourcing (hunting) and interview development. Ongoing training We are currently looking for a **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ASSISTANT** with experience selecting commercial profiles in the Financial sector. Our team is expanding, and we seek professionals experienced in results-oriented candidate sourcing. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct active candidate sourcing (hunting) across various platforms and industries, demonstrating a proactive and creative problem-solving attitude. Filter and pre-select CVs on assigned platforms. Conduct interviews and follow up with candidates. Track and record referrals to the commercial department. Perform fieldwork. Promote the company brand by participating in job fairs, posting on job boards, etc. Prepare personnel files for new hires, manage photo ID checks and corresponding contracts. Perform other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** Integrity and professionalism. We do not compromise on good conduct, trust, or respect. Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in selection processes (1 year). Professional internships will be considered. Higher levels of experience will also be valued. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. High level of organization and task tracking. Autonomy and ability to provide independent opinions without fear of making mistakes. Desirable experience in recruiting **COMMERCIAL PROFILES IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY. (Important)** Reside in areas near **SANTIAGO DE SURCO** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM (in-person work), and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (remote work) **BENEFITS:** Fixed salary + performance bonuses Ongoing training.
