Main Responsibilities ✅ Recruitment and selection of operational, administrative, and commercial staff. ✅ Posting and dissemination of job vacancies on employment portals and social media. ✅ Resume screening and candidate evaluation. ✅ Coordination and scheduling of interviews. ✅ Competency-based telephone and in-person interviews. ✅ Tracking of the selection process until staff onboarding. ✅ Coordination with user departments to fill positions. Requirements ✔ Technical or university studies in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. ✔ Experience in recruitment and selection (preferred). ✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ✔ Organizational ability and goal-oriented work ethic. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). ✔ Proactivity, responsibility, and service-oriented attitude.
