Responsibilities * Posting job openings on various job boards. * Resume screening and telephone interviews. * Coordination of interviews and assessments. * Candidate tracking throughout the entire selection process. * Requesting and verifying professional references. * Supporting the filling of operational and commercial vacancies. Requirements * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in mass recruitment and selection processes. * Experience recruiting **sales profiles**. * Prior experience in the **retail sector** is desirable. * Proficiency with job boards and recruitment tools. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Temporary position Salary: S/1500 RXH Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
