If you are ready to make a difference and lead with purpose, this position is for you. **Position Purpose:** Develop and oversee talent management actions, programs, and processes (recruitment, selection) within the framework of organizational guidelines and objectives, thereby reinforcing talent attraction, retention, and development—as well as alignment with organizational culture. **What Challenges Await You?** * Execute national-level recruitment and selection processes within established timelines, ensuring efficiency (e.g., job profile development, assessments, psychological evaluations, interviews, and final reports). * Ensure cultural fit and alignment of professional and personal references with organizational policies and guidelines. * Ensure required administrative onboarding documentation is completed for newly hired staff in assigned positions. * Record and maintain updated national databases, policies, and recruitment, onboarding, and learning indicators. **We Would Like You to Have the Following Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum two years of experience executing and overseeing recruitment and selection, learning, and onboarding processes. * Experience recruiting mid-level managers (mandatory); experience recruiting supervisors (desirable). * Experience sourcing candidates via social media, specialized websites, and job-search platforms. * Experience designing and facilitating virtual or in-person group activities. * Knowledge of AI applications in recruitment (desirable). * Availability to work on a project basis. * Availability to work onsite in Jesús María, Monday through Friday. **World Vision Offers You:** * Formal employment registration from your first day of work. * Institutional benefits. * Training opportunities. * A pleasant working environment. **Recruitment & Selection Disclaimer** 1.
