Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Engineer to lead the execution of earthwork and platform formation projects, supervising field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Lead high-impact projects 2. Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards We are looking for a Resident Engineer with PROVEN AND VERIFIED experience in earthwork and platform formation projects to lead on-site construction execution. Requirements: \* Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. \* Minimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in earthworks, platforms, airports, or similar projects. \* Solid knowledge of: \* Soil cutting, filling, grading, and compaction. \* Quality testing (Proctor, in-situ density, compaction control). \* Operation and performance of heavy machinery. \* Reading topographic and engineering drawings. \* Construction management: quantity surveying, valuations, and schedules. \* Experience leading field teams. \* Focus on safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Responsibilities: \* Plan, direct, and supervise earthwork activities. \* Monitor physical progress and schedule adherence. \* Coordinate with suppliers, operators, and technical staff. \* Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards. \* Optimize resource utilization on site. Conditions: \* Salary: S/ 8,000 – S/ 12,000 (based on experience). \* Work modality: On-site employment. \* Immediate or short-term availability.
