Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Resident to lead and supervise the execution of civil works projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficient resource management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations **CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT – CIVIL WORKS** At **SOLUGRIFOS S.A.C.**, a company specialized in maintenance, engineering, and services for the hydrocarbons sector, we are currently seeking a **Construction Resident** to lead the execution of our civil works project located in Villa El Salvador, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and proper administration of assigned resources. **Requirements** * Licensed Civil Engineer, registered with the Professional Engineers Association and holding a valid practice license. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Construction Resident on civil works projects. * Knowledge of construction management and execution, quality control, and occupational health and safety. * Proficiency in preparing valuations, quantity take-offs, schedules, and technical reports. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (MS Project is desirable). * Availability to work in **Villa El Salvador – Lima**. **Responsibilities** * Plan, direct, and supervise the execution of assigned civil works. * Coordinate and supervise activities of technical staff, workers, and contractors. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and project schedule. * Manage resources, materials, equipment, and labor to ensure proper project execution. * Prepare valuations, quantity take-offs, progress reports, and technical reports. * Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and other involved departments during project execution. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and applicable technical standards. * Identify deviations in project execution and propose corrective actions to meet project objectives. **Conditions** * Employment type: **Independent Contractor Agreement (Honorarium Receipt)**. * Duration: approximately 1 month * Work location: **Villa El Salvador – Lima**.
