Opportunity for growth in a company with a positive work environment A prominent company in the distribution and logistics sector is currently seeking a RETURN ASSISTANT. REQUIREMENTS * Completed secondary education or studies in Logistics, Warehousing, or related fields * Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in similar positions within warehouses, courier services, logistics, or retail * Knowledge of inventory management, labeling, and handling and control of returns * Proficiency in digital tools (DRIVE, EXCEL, tracking systems) * Availability to work on-site in the SMP district RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive returned orders from delivery personnel according to the recorded status (canceled, absent, rescheduled). * Manage direct returns to stores that do not store products at EVA. * Prepare and classify the list of products to be returned to the EVA warehouse from stores that do maintain inventory. * Report and record pending orders in the discount drive, keeping operational information up to date.
