Position Summary: We are seeking a Runner to support the waiting staff team, ensure accurate order delivery and dining room orderliness, as a training stage for becoming a waiter. Key Highlights: 1. Development of skills in customer service and organization At **Grupo Lonato**, we are looking for a **Runner** for rotating shifts to provide operational support to the waiting staff during service, ensuring accurate order delivery, dining room orderliness, and compliance with standards, as a training stage for assuming the waiter position. **Main Responsibilities** \-Assist waiters in transporting orders from the kitchen or bar to tables. \-Verify that dishes match the order before delivery. \-Check presentation, plate cleanliness, and correct plating before delivering to the table. \-Assist in setting up and preparing tables before and during service. \-Remove used plates and utensils while maintaining dining room order. \-Restock cutlery, napkins, tableware, and necessary materials at service stations. \-Coordinate with the kitchen to expedite order preparation times. \-Inform the waiter or supervisor of any customer observations or requests. \-Keep transit areas and service stations clean and orderly. \-Follow hygiene and food handling protocols. \-Assist in high-demand areas as needed. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Basic restaurant experience is desirable. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Learning attitude and service orientation. * Professional appearance and strong teamwork skills.
