**Safety and Operations Assistant at Mine – Canta** **Location:** Canta, Peru **Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off **Job Description** We are looking for a responsible and disciplined individual to support on-site supervision of personnel, verify the correct use of materials and tools, and report activities in real time to management. This person will be a reliable presence at the mine and will also assist with operational tasks. **Responsibilities** * Monitor worker behavior, attendance, and productivity * Ensure proper use of company materials * Report daily via WhatsApp (photos, notes, timestamped records) * Assist with general duties and light work at the mine * Support personnel and supply movements * Maintain a respectful and disciplined work environment * Immediately inform management of any irregularities **Requirements** * Valid driver's license * High integrity and responsibility * Strong observation and reporting skills * Ability to assist with physical labor if needed * Impeccable conduct — zero tolerance for theft, drugs, or alcohol * Excellent punctuality and reliability * Availability to reside at the camp during workdays **Compensation and Benefits** * **3,000 Peruvian soles per month** * **Meals included** * **Accommodation included** * Performance bonuses * Possibility of salary increase based on trust and performance * Growth opportunities within the project **Growth Opportunities** Top candidates may advance to: * Site Security Supervisor * Operations Coordinator * Materials and Logistics Supervisor Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
