Position Summary: We are seeking a Personal Banking Supervisor to lead and motivate credit sales teams, ensure target achievement, and strengthen commercial skills within the financial sector. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and motivate credit sales teams. 2. Ensure achievement of commercial targets. 3. Ongoing training in leadership and commercial management. Currently, we provide enterprise and individual product sales services for Banco BCP; therefore, we are looking for Personal Banking Supervisors \- Credit through Agreement (Marina, PNP, and Peruvian Army) who wish to lead high-performance teams in PLAZA LIMA. Your primary challenge: * Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales advisors (personal loans). * Ensure weekly and monthly commercial target achievement. * Accompany your team in the field and in the office to strengthen their prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. * Monitor the management of assigned databases and proper implementation of internal processes. * Generate progress reports and strategies to optimize results. What we seek in you: * Minimum 1 year of experience leading sales teams in the financial sector (mandatory). * Knowledge of loan origination and banking processes. * Ability to train and instruct a team on products and required procedures. * Leadership ability, team motivation skills, and results orientation. * Strong interpersonal relationship management and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to perform hybrid work: field activities and database management. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Personal laptop and home internet access.
