Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder in Sanitary or Civil Engineering with experience in design and detailed engineering for a role involving the preparation of drawings, reports, and quantity takeoffs. Key Highlights: 1. Design and detailed engineering development 2. Support in preparing descriptive reports and technical specifications 3. Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency Requirements: * **Bachelor's degree in Sanitary and/or Civil Engineering.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** performing similar duties in design and/or detailed engineering. * **Desirable experience in building projects** (hospitals, clinics, airports, shopping centers, schools, corporate buildings, or similar). * **Desirable experience in engineering consulting firms** or design companies. Responsibilities: * Development of basic and detailed engineering drawings. * Support in preparing descriptive reports and technical specifications. * Preparation of quantity takeoffs and metric calculations. * Coordination and compatibility checks among discipline-specific drawings. * Review and organization of project technical information. * Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency. * Proficiency in MS Office. Competencies: * Analytical ability and technical organization. * Proactivity in interdisciplinary coordination. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments. * Skill in managing technical information.
