Job Summary: We are seeking Screen Printers and Screen Printing Assistants to support garment printing, image fixation, and delivery, ensuring work quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. We operate 6 stores in Lima and export to various countries. We are currently seeking: **Screen Printers and Screen Printing Assistants.** **Responsibilities:** * Mark measurements on the board according to the production sheet provided by the screen printing supervisor. * Assist in printing images onto garments using squeegees and frames. * Fix images onto garments using heat on the silkscreen board and subsequently with an iron. * Deliver production according to the weekly schedule. * Report any errors to the line supervisor. * Optimize delivery times by monitoring and adjusting efficiency percentages. * Comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. **Competencies:** Work quality Results orientation Problem solving Teamwork Communication at all levels **Requirements:** EDUCATION: Completed secondary education TRAINING: Training in screen printing tasks (desirable) EXPERIENCE: At least 1.5 years of experience Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.350.00 - S/.480.00 per week Application question(s): * What screen printing techniques are you familiar with? * Are you seeking stable or temporary employment? * How many years of experience do you have in this field?
