This position is ideal for individuals who value order, continuous learning, and high-quality work. **Required Profile** * Proficiency in **blow-drying and flat-iron styling** (mandatory during technical evaluation phase) * Technical training and/or courses in hairdressing (certificates of training must be provided). * Minimum of 2 **years** of experience or demonstrably equivalent skill level. * Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance. * Punctuality, organization, and ability to follow protocols. * Open-minded attitude toward feedback and learning. * Ability to maintain quality while working under pace and pressure. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct assistance in hairdressing services. * Preparing clients for cutting, coloring, and treatments. * Hair washing, blow-drying and/or application of hair treatments. * Consultation at the backbar. * Tracking client needs. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Operational support as directed by supervisors and management. * Performing additional services within the field based on validated and agreed-upon technical capability. **Conditions** * **Competitive and negotiable fixed salary based on technical and productive capacity**. * Performance- and product-sales-based incentives. * Professional and structured work environment. **About the Process:** * ***Phase 1:*** Phone contact and scheduling of visit. * ***Phase 2:*** You will undergo a field day (10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour break), during which you will be evaluated on: \- Simple blow-drying and blow-drying with movement or waves, using hair of varying difficulty levels. \- Your level of proactivity and adaptability to the team and instructions. \- Punctuality. \- Professional image. \- Personality profile. * ***Phase 3:*** On the same day as your field day, you will be immediately informed whether you match the required profile, and an offer will be extended based on your performance. * ***Phase 4:*** Negotiation and process completion (deadline: within 48 hours of offer issuance) **Only applicants meeting the profile and demonstrating professional seriousness will be considered.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
