We are currently seeking to hire an SSOMA Assistant for a mining project in Peru: Main Responsibilities: 1\. Support the development and updating of hazard identification matrices, risk assessments, and environmental aspects. 2\. Support the identification of applicable legal requirements for the organization. 3\. Support the development, updating, and improvement of management system documentation. 4\. Monitor the annual activity program for safety, occupational health, environment, BASC, OEA, and Road Safety. 5\. Monitor training programs for employees and contractors on topics related to SSOMAC, Road Safety, and supply chain security (OEA, BASC). 6\. Maintain up-to-date the PPE control matrix, Sleep Wristbands, and ADAS system. 7\. Maintain records and custody of assigned assets (wristbands, tablets, other devices). 8\. Propose and implement improvement actions based on analysis and performance of organizational processes. 9\. Control and monitor records of corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement actions. 10\. Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, objectives, and targets of the SSOMAC management system and supply chain security (OEA, BASC). 11\. Develop and maintain statistics and indicators for the integrated SSOMAC management system and supply chain security (OEA, BASC). 12\. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management review or upon request by SSOMAC Management. 13\. Advise contractor companies on implementing requirements of the SSOMAC, Road Safety, and supply chain security (OEA, BASC) management systems. 14\. Control records of the SSOMAC, Road Safety, and supply chain security (OEA, BASC) management systems. At Noatum, we guarantee equality and non-discrimination based on gender, race, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation throughout our selection processes, aiming to fully leverage the capabilities of individuals across their diversity while preventing any form of discrimination. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma in implementation of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and/or occupational health and safety (OHSAS 18001 and/or ISO 45001) and/or environmental management (ISO 14001) and/or BASC. * Knowledge of legal regulations regarding safety, occupational health, and the environment. * Level I hazardous materials handling, explosive material handling and magazine supervision, chemical input and regulated substance control. * Knowledge of regular cargo transportation, oversized cargo, MATPEL, and implementation and auditing of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001/ISO 45001, BASC, and/or * Advanced-level Microsoft Office training (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project). * SAP MM module training. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar warehousing roles within the mining industry.
