Commitment to integrity and responsibility **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Civil Engineer, licensed and authorized. \- Minimum 24 months of experience as a STRUCTURAL SPECIALIST or STRUCTURAL ENGINEER in preparing technical files; similar projects include: SPECIALTY: Buildings and related fields / SUBSPECIALTY: Educational / Typology: HIGHER EDUCATION \- Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, S10, BIM). \- Familiarity with productivity processes and KPIs. \- Availability to work in the district of Chimbote, Ancash. \- Knowledge of dialogue and conflict resolution. \- Commitment to integrity and responsibility at work. \- Initiative to anticipate problems and propose solutions. \- Ability to lead and motivate work teams.
