Job Summary: We are seeking a Personal Banking Supervisor to lead high-performing teams in selling corporate and personal banking products for BCP Bank, with a focus on payroll-deductible loans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate personal credit sales teams. 2. Strengthen the team's prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. 3. Generate reports and strategies to optimize results. Currently, we provide sales services for corporate and individual banking products for BCP Bank; therefore, we are seeking Personal Banking Supervisors – Payroll-Deductible Loans (Marina, PNP, and Peruvian Army) who wish to lead high-performing teams in PIURA PLAZA. Your main challenge: * Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales advisors (personal credits). * Ensure achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets. * Accompany your team in the field and in the office to strengthen their prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. * Monitor the management of assigned databases and the correct application of internal processes. * Generate progress reports and strategies to optimize results. What we look for in you: * Minimum 1 year of experience leading sales teams in the financial sector (mandatory). * Knowledge of credit origination and banking processes. * Ability to train and instruct a team on product knowledge and required procedures. * Leadership ability, team motivation skills, and results orientation. * Strong interpersonal relationship management and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to perform hybrid work: field activities and database management. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Personal laptop and home internet access.
