Manage and disseminate best practices in safety **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** ==================== Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects Our company **CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) (P030\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **SSOMA SUPERVISOR** **Position Objective** ----------------------- **Develop intervention, prevention, and promotion programs based on the Integrated SSOMA Management System, aiming to prevent incidents and accidents within the project’s scope and facilities.** **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * **Participate in the development and adaptation of the IPERC matrix, safety, occupational health, and environmental plans and procedures, tailored to the project’s realities, considering the hierarchy of controls to ensure compliance with SSOMA standards during operations or as specified by client standards.** * **Ensure compliance with current legal regulations related to project safety, occupational health, and environment to meet contractual guidelines.** * **Ensure adherence to safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures and train personnel to strengthen their knowledge of the SSOMA Management System in operations.** * **Verify implementation of the SSOMA AST plan and IPERC at work fronts and recommend controls according to site conditions to ensure loss-free activities and avoid administrative penalties.** * **Support preparation of incident and accident reports to provide information for root cause identification and recurrence prevention.** * **Manage purchase requests and purchase orders for SSOMA area resources to ensure implementation of its operational plan.** * **Manage and disseminate best practices and lessons learned at work fronts through daily start-up meetings, weekly meetings, and campaigns.** * **Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.** **Requirements** -------------- * **Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in Safety and Hygiene, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.** * **Certification issued by the General Firefighters Corps School** * **Two years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in mining projects** * **Residence in the southern region of the country (Mandatory)** * **Availability to work under atypical employment arrangements.**
