Position Summary: VIVEROS GENESIS, a leader in seed marketing and seedling development, seeks a professional to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer and communications equipment, manage inventories, and provide technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Computer and communications equipment maintenance. 2. Technical support to users for software and networks. 3. Inventory management and incident tracking. We are committed to strongly supporting the economic and social development of farmers, agro-export companies, and fruit and vegetable suppliers nationwide—benefiting all stakeholders across the global production chain. **FUNCTIONS** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment according to the established schedule or as required by emergencies. * Conduct and maintain an updated inventory of computer and communications equipment. * Record and track incidents or user reports. * Monitor network navigation and/or traffic incidents using Claro MRA. * Maintain the network and communications equipment (servers, user PCs and laptops). * Monitor automated system backup copies and manage proper storage. * Network configuration: installation and configuration of wireless links, routers, switches, repeaters\- Structured cabling. * Provide user support for software usage and installation (operating systems, drivers, etc.). * Manage telephone line inventory for the company. **COMPETENCIES** * Planning and organization * Proactivity * Teamwork * Working under pressure **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed technical and/or university studies in Computer Science and Systems or Informatics. * Knowledge of technology and network support, Linux administration, Windows administration, networking, communications, routers, and switches. * Basic knowledge of SQL Server (optional). * Networking certification (course or diploma), e.g., CCNA Basic \* Optional. * Technical course in PC and printer maintenance \* Optional. **POSITION INFORMATION** * On-site accommodation at the farm. * Meals provided at the farm. * Location: Cayaltí. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll from day one and mandatory life insurance * Pleasant working environment * Career development path * Ongoing training Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
