Fixed 8-hour shifts with rotating rest days **JOB OPENING: CLEANING STAFF FOR XFLY TRAINING CENTER** We seek to integrate into our Lince branch team a dynamic individual responsible for maintaining hygiene and facility upkeep. The primary responsibility is ensuring every user trains in an immaculate, safe, and tidy environment, performing continuous cleaning tasks in weight areas, disinfecting equipment, cleaning restrooms and locker rooms, managing access/parking, and regularly emptying trash bins. To qualify for this position, candidates must have verifiable prior experience in cleaning services for commercial premises or related fields, reside in Lince or neighboring districts (Lima Cercado, Lince, La Victoria, San Borja), and demonstrate strong work ethics grounded in punctuality and proactivity. This position offers fixed 8-hour shifts with rotating rest days (Saturday or Sunday): * **Early Shift:** Monday to Friday (6:00–14:00) / Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (7:00–15:00). * **Late Shift:** Monday to Friday (14:00–22:00) / Saturdays (10:00–18:00) / Sundays and holidays (7:00–15:00). We offer strict biweekly and monthly salary payments, direct enrollment in the MYPE payroll system with full statutory benefits starting from the fourth month, complimentary full membership to train across our gym chain, and immediate hiring.
