Provide comprehensive support to the **INTEX** operations and logistics team by efficiently receiving, organizing, and controlling merchandise in our warehouse. The assistant will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date inventory records, preparing and packing orders for both digital channel sales and physical store sales, ensuring timely dispatch, and guaranteeing that products (textile machinery and promotional items) remain in optimal condition. Additionally, the assistant will ensure workplace order, cleanliness, and safety. **No prior experience required!** We seek a proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow within the logistics function of a corporate environment. Main Responsibilities * **Goods Receipt:** Assist in unloading, verifying, and recording incoming promotional items and textile machinery. * **Warehouse Organization:** Classify, code, and place merchandise in designated zones to optimize space usage. * **Order Preparation:** Assemble and package products for in-store and virtual platform sales. * **Inventory Control:** Support periodic stock counts and audits to prevent discrepancies. * **Effective Dispatch:** Ensure product dispatch is prompt, clean, and accompanied by proper documentation. Requirements * Completed secondary education or currently pursuing technical studies (preferred but not mandatory). * **No prior work experience required**; we value attitude and commitment. * Organizational skills, punctuality, and teamwork orientation. * Availability to work on-site at the warehouse facilities.
