Job Summary: This position involves recording, safeguarding, and supplying goods; conducting inventories; verifying consumption; managing purchase orders in SAP; and supervising supplier deliveries. Opportunity in a leading healthcare organization. **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Record, safeguard, and timely supply goods required by internal customers (services and departments within the company). Conduct weekly and monthly inventories, as applicable. Verify average monthly consumption and its increase according to demand. Generate purchase requisitions (SOLPED) in SAP for assigned services and locations, based on consumption verification (inventories). Track purchase order (OC) generation and delivery dates with suppliers. Receive and store merchandise according to established protocols (SAP inbound entry). Process internal customer requests and generate outgoing merchandise delivery notes. Receive and verify expired products/supplies per pharmacy delivery guide and store them (waste storage area).
