We are currently looking for talent to fill the position of **Warehouse Assistant.** If you are a committed individual who enjoys teamwork and wish to become part of our **VAPE STATION** family, this is your opportunity. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in the receipt and dispatch of merchandise. * Assist in inventory control and warehouse organization. * Help with product labeling, packaging, and preparation. * Support documentation and stock control within the system. * Participate in the receipt of imported goods or supplier deliveries. * Assist in coordinating deliveries and distribution across various sales channels. * Support verification and reporting of discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. * Maintain updated records of warehouse movements. * Support inventory rotation control to ensure proper product turnover. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe according to internal guidelines. * Verify merchandise integrity upon entry and exit (damages, dates, packaging). * Report incidents, damages, or product losses. * Perform picking and packing in compliance with quality standards. * Carry out other related duties assigned by your supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Logistics, Administration, Warehousing, or related fields (preferred) * Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, dispatch, inventory, or distribution. * Retail experience **Schedule and Conditions:** On-site at office (Santa Beatriz).
