At Elifarma, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant responsible for supporting the administrative management of all storage activities, supply dispensing, as well as dispatch and distribution of finished products.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry.
* Knowledge of Good Storage Practices ***(Desirable)***
* 6 months of experience as an Assistant in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Availability to work on-site in **Ate**, from **Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.**
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise receiving, storage, supply dispensing, and finished product dispatch activities, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, and internal quality procedures.
* Verify pre-conditions for raw material weighing and dispensing processes, performing line clearance and ensuring adherence to established standards.
* Monitor stock levels of raw materials, materials, and supplies using the inventory system, promptly reporting replenishment requirements and potential supply risks.
* Control and maintain up-to-date documentation and records of the area, ensuring correct completion, distribution, and archiving per the Quality Management System.
* Verify the operational status of warehouse equipment, instruments, and facilities, as well as compliance with calibration, maintenance, and environmental control programs.
* Conduct periodic inspections of order, cleanliness, temperature, and other storage conditions to ensure proper preservation of products and supplies.
* Provide training and support to area personnel regarding operational procedures, quality standards, and good storage practices.
* Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
