Warehouse Operator – Picking and Packing

Job Summary: Responsible for order preparation and packaging, ensuring proper verification, protection, and labeling of goods. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform product picking and packing with attention to detail. 2. Protect goods using appropriate materials to prevent damage. 3. Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse area. Main Responsibilities * Perform **product picking** according to purchase orders (location, selection, and verification of SKU, quantities, and references). * Record and scan products in the system or control forms. * Transport products to the packing or dispatch area. * Execute **order packing**, ensuring correct verification and packaging. * Protect goods using appropriate materials to prevent damage. * Label packages correctly (destination, shipping label, and logistics codes). * Verify that each order is complete and compliant before dispatch. * Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse area. Requirements * Completed secondary education (technical studies in logistics or related fields preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in warehouse, picking, packing, or similar roles. * Basic knowledge of logistics processes. * Experience handling purchase orders and/or warehouse management systems (preferred). * Responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. * Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts (as required). Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
