We are looking for a responsible, organized, and leadership-oriented individual to oversee the administration of our branch, ensuring smooth operational functioning of the gym and an outstanding experience for our customers. **Branch:** San Juan de Miraflores **Schedule:** Full-time (8 hours per day) **Monday to Saturday:** Morning and afternoon shifts (4 hours each shift) **Day off:** Sunday What will you do? Your main responsibilities include: * Ensuring compliance with company-established procedures. * Supervising adherence to the gym’s internal policies. * Coordinating and maintaining effective communication across departments. * Supervising staff schedules, attendance, and performance. * Organizing the gym’s daily operational activities. * Periodically evaluating team productivity and performance. * Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints. * Coordinating solutions for incidents that may arise at the branch. * Supervising gym order, cleanliness, appearance, and overall functionality. * Preparing administrative and operational reports for management. * Managing staff administrative matters (attendance, leave requests, incidents, and internal coordination). Requirements: * Technical and/or university education in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Preferred experience in gyms, sports centers, retail, or service industries. * Knowledge of labor regulations and intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
