Emphasis on communication, ethics, and autonomous problem resolution BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR JOB PROFILE General Position Information Position: Building Manager Work Area: Office 50% and Field 50% Immediate Supervisor: Operations Manager Position Objective Ensure the building's proper operational functioning to maintain high satisfaction among the Owners' Board. Must ensure operational readiness of: equipment—by tracking compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance; excellent cleaning—by supervising adherence to each building’s cleaning schedule; if no schedule exists, must propose one; and assigned staff performance—ensuring HR provides continuous training on the shared concierge manual, as well as correct uniform usage and professional conduct. Skills and Competencies ORGANIZED AND SYSTEMATIC WORK: Rigorous planning of work and execution with controls and documented evidence enabling owners to feel confident about how administrative fee resources are being used. LEADERSHIP: Ability to lead a team, conduct assemblies, and address various situations and issues arising in the building, responding to owners’ and tenants’ interests and needs. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION: To demonstrate management effectiveness, resolve concerns, provide timely responses, and accept feedback. ETHICS AND TRANSPARENCY: In all personal and team conduct, establishing necessary controls; discretion in handling information. PROBLEM RESOLUTION: Expected to autonomously resolve problems while respecting established administrative procedures. TIME MANAGEMENT: Responsible for multiple buildings; therefore, effective time management and planning are critical to allocate appropriate hours to each task. PUNCTUALITY: Expected to be punctual both in working hours and in meeting deadlines for tasks related to job functions. TEAMWORK SKILL: Must consistently maintain respectful and courteous treatment toward colleagues and sustain ongoing communication to perform job duties effectively.
