Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to perform mise en place, prepare sandwiches and emulsions, support pastry operations, and carry out general cleaning and dishwashing. Full-time schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off per week. From 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM Responsibilities: Mise en place. Emulsion for mayonnaise. Sandwich preparation. Basic knowledge of pastry, including cookies, cakes, and pies. Complete cleaning of the kitchen area and cafeteria zones (performed jointly with the barista team). Washing of tableware, including plates, cups, and glasses (shared responsibility with the barista team). Assistance in the dining area, if required.
