Job Summary: We are seeking a barista-bartender to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, clean the work area, serve desserts, and manage inventory at our café-bistro. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in latte art and espresso preparation. 2. Desirable knowledge of espresso machine calibration and maintenance. 3. Preparation of beverages from the menu, with and without alcohol. We are seeking a barista\-bartender for a café\-bistro located in San Isidro. **Schedule:** * Rotating 48-hour workweek \+ one additional 8-hour shift (with extra pay), and one day off per week. * AM Shift: 7am \- 3pm * PM Shift: 3pm \- 11pm * Thursday: 7am \- 11pm with a one-hour break * Day off between Monday and Wednesday Employment Type: Independent contractor (receipt-based compensation). Requirements: \- Minimum 3 months of experience in latte art, espresso preparation, and related beverages. \- Basic knowledge of espresso machine calibration and maintenance (desirable but not mandatory). Responsibilities: \- Preparation of beverages from our menu, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. \- Cleaning of the work area. \- Serving desserts. \- Daily and bi-weekly inventory management. \- Other duties as may be discussed during the interview.
