A 5-star hotel company seeks to include a graduate in Hospitality and Tourism on its staff: * Completed studies in Bar and Mixology. * Minimum 6 months of experience in prestigious bars. * Service and customer care techniques. * Intermediate English (Mandatory) * Preparation of various types of cocktails. * Availability for afternoon–evening shifts * Intermittent employment modality ***Responsibilities:*** * Perform mise en place for the bar area according to beverage menu requirements, storage needs, and compliance with sanitary regulations and company specifications. * Prepare beverages using mixology techniques, adhering to technical recipes, sanitary regulations, and company specifications. * Ensure glassware and bar utensils are washed and polished using appropriate cleaning products, in accordance with sanitary regulations and establishment standards. * Extensive knowledge of beverage preparation, production processes, brands, and origins. * Conduct daily beverage inventories for continuous stock control. * Carry out other duties as deemed necessary by management. ***Benefits:*** * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Benefits as stipulated by law. * Point-based payment. * Meal allowance.
