This role is ideal for you if you: * Are passionate about your work, service-oriented, and eager to grow * Reside in Ate, Chaclacayo, Huachipa, Santa Anita, or El Agustino (Eastern Lima) * Are available to work in Ate\-Santa Clara * Have completed secondary education Your responsibilities will include: * Maintenance and support tasks such as enhancing green areas, facilities, and plant infrastructure. * Tasks related to internal plant cleaning, painting, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical installations, painting, gardening, concrete repair, sealing, roof repair, cabling, and replacement of electricity and water supply. * Monitoring preventive maintenance activities at the plant. * Performing deterioration prevention, repair, concrete repair, and facility preservation at the plant. * Reporting daily incidents occurring inside the facilities and notifying your immediate supervisor of any unsafe conditions observed during your daily work, taking appropriate actions. Please note the following: * 100% on-site work mode * Direct employment contract with Asociación Editorial Bruño. * Full payroll registration (general regime) from the first day of employment.
