Job Summary: We are seeking committed and responsible Cleaning Operators for the maintenance and disinfection of common areas in residential and corporate buildings, ensuring hygiene and order. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain optimal conditions of order and hygiene in all facilities. 2. Perform cleaning and disinfection of common areas. 3. Comply with cleaning and safety protocols. A company specializing in the management of residential and corporate buildings is currently seeking committed, responsible, and service-oriented Cleaning Operators to join immediately at a building located in San Isidro. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a cleaning operator. * No criminal or police records. * Verifiable work certificates and employment references. * Completed secondary education. * High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and service orientation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and disinfection of common areas (lobby, corridors, staircases, elevators, parking areas, etc.). * Maintain all building facilities in optimal conditions of order and hygiene. * Request replenishment of cleaning supplies and hygiene items from the supervisor in charge. * Properly segregate and dispose of solid waste according to instructions. * Report incidents, damages, or malfunctions in facilities to management. * Comply with cleaning, safety, and proper use of products protocols. **Conditions:** * Work location: **San Isidro**. * **Morning Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. \| Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Afternoon Shift:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. \| Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Compensation: **S/ 1,130\.00 \+ S/ 100\.00 transportation allowance**. * Formal payroll registration and statutory benefits. **SEND YOUR CV TO THIS NUMBER: 970 742 467** Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside? * Do you have experience in similar positions? * Please leave your phone number Work location: On-site employment
