Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, organized, responsible, and proactive Cleaning Operator to maintain hygiene and order in the facilities of a meat-and-grill specialty restaurant. Ability to work independently **GourMeat**, a meat-and-grill specialty restaurant located in **Chacarilla – San Borja**, is looking for a **Cleaning Operator** to join our team. What are we looking for? * Prior experience in **general cleaning**, preferably in restaurants or similar establishments. * Knowledge of **cleaning procedures and products**. * **Organized, responsible, and methodical** person. * Speed and attention to detail. * Initiative and ability to work independently. * Friendly demeanor and courteous attitude. Main Responsibilities * Daily cleaning of the **dining area, kitchen, and restrooms**. * Cleaning and maintenance of floors and surfaces. * Maintaining all areas of the restaurant in optimal hygienic and orderly conditions. * Performing **periodic deep cleaning** of the facilities. * Adhering to the restaurant’s established cleaning procedures and standards.
