We seek detail-oriented individuals with a service orientation and commitment to work in the exclusive areas of Lima Top. **Requirements:** * **Gender:** Female (mandatory for this position). * **Education:** Completed secondary education. * **Experience:** Prior experience in house, apartment, or office cleaning is preferred (not mandatory if proactive attitude is demonstrated). * **Competencies:** Punctuality, honesty, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. * **Availability:** Must be available to rotate among the districts of Barranco, Miraflores, Surco, and San Isidro. **Responsibilities:** * Execution of thorough and detailed cleaning (floors, bathrooms, windows, room organization). * Application of the company's quality and disinfection protocols. * Daily reporting of incidents and coordination with the supervision team. **Benefits:** * **Compensation:** PEN 1,400 monthly (includes performance bonuses). * **Statutory Benefits:** Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * **Career Growth:** Real career path and continuous training. * **Job Stability:** Full-time employment contract. * **Fixed Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 08:00 am to 04:30 pm.
