Concierge duties (4 days per week) * Supervising and maintaining facilities. * Assisting and supporting residents and visitors. * Managing entry and exit control. * Reporting incidents and tracking requests. * Ensuring order and proper functioning of common areas. * Rotating shifts. Handyman duties (3 days per week) Performing basic maintenance tasks that do not require advanced technical expertise, such as: * Replacing light bulbs. * Replacing or adjusting pipes and faucets. * Minor painting and touch-ups. * Assembling or adjusting furniture. * Simple household repairs. * Supporting general facility maintenance. Requirements ✅ Experience as a concierge, maintenance staff, or in similar roles (preferred). ✅ Basic knowledge of household repairs. ✅ Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. ✅ Availability to work rotating shifts. ✅ Ability to efficiently resolve basic incidents.
