Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, proactive, and service-oriented Concierge for the management of residential and corporate buildings, ensuring security and resident service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Control access and egress of visitors, suppliers, and external personnel. 2. Ensure building security and compliance with internal regulations. 3. Provide courteous service to residents and receive correspondence. A company specializing in residential and corporate building management is seeking an immediately available, responsible, proactive, and service-oriented Concierge to join a building located in Miraflores. **Requirements:** * Experience in concierge services for condominiums or residential buildings * No criminal or police records * Verifiable employment certificates and references * Completed secondary education * Responsibility, punctuality, and strong customer service orientation **Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of visitors, suppliers, and external personnel * Ensure building security and compliance with internal regulations * Record incidents and perform shift handovers * Provide courteous service to residents and receive correspondence * Report incidents or malfunctions to management **Working Conditions:** * Approximate salary: S/ 1,600 * Formal payroll registration under the General Regime * Rotating 12-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday * On-site work Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you immediately available?
