Ideal for individuals who value responsibility and commitment. RECRUITMENT: 2 CONCIERGES – MIRAFLORES We require **2 concierges for a residential building located in Miraflores**. We seek **responsible, friendly, respectful, and service-oriented individuals**, with experience in concierge services, security, and/or public interaction. REQUIREMENTS * Preferably **male**. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** in concierge services, security, or public interaction. * Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation. * Good personal appearance and hygiene. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment. * Clear and courteous communication. * Sound judgment to resolve situations and follow protocols. * Discretion and respect for residents. * Ability to work in a team and conduct proper shift handovers. * Basic mobile phone and WhatsApp proficiency. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Access control and assistance to residents, visitors, and vendors. * Surveillance and incident logging. * Handling calls and communications. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and properly staffed reception area. * Conducting inspection rounds. * Adhering to the building’s security protocols. * Promptly reporting any incidents to management. * Conducting proper and responsible shift handovers.
