Job Summary: This position is responsible for attending to residents and visitors, channeling information between owners and management, and managing various daily operational tasks. Comprehensive management of administrative and operational tasks **Description:** The position is exclusively dedicated to attending to both residents and visitors, and is responsible for channeling all information from owners and residents to management. **Responsibilities:** \- Review the previous shift's incident logbook. \- Responsible for cleaning their assigned area. \- Responsible for cleaning the lobby, requesting cleaning staff services as often as necessary. \- Responsible for receiving and distributing all documentation addressed to owners and management. \- Assign special cleaning tasks to cleaning staff upon prior coordination with management. \- Attend to residents and visitors. \- Coordinate visitor entry (family members, guests, suppliers, etc.). \- Coordinate with cleaning staff to assist owners. \- Complete the incident logbook during their shift. \- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions to management. \- Notify management by phone regarding staff tardiness or absences during their shift. Depart only after handing over the shift to the incoming concierge, recording the departure time and the relieving concierge's arrival time truthfully. \- The concierge position operates on a relay basis; therefore, under no circumstances should the incumbent leave before their replacement arrives. If such a situation arises, the incumbent must contact their supervisor immediately—without abandoning the post—to resolve the issue. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in residential buildings \- Provide police and criminal background records Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
